Acceptable use policy
This policy is part of the terms of service. It applies to everyone who uses Wholetally, including through the API and the MCP server. If you breach it, we may remove data, suspend or end the account (see section 13 of the terms).
You may not
- Use the service on websites or apps that are illegal, or that offer illegal content, goods or services.
- Try to identify, single out or track individual visitors, for example by combining Wholetally data with other data, adding your own IDs, or using the daily hash outside its purpose.
- Send personal data in page addresses, events, properties or revenue metadata (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers or customer IDs), or any special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or sexual orientation).
- Use the service where you lack a lawful basis or a required consent, or ignore a visitor’s refusal where consent is required.
- Use the service on services directed primarily at children under 16 without checking that it is lawful for you to do so.
- Send fake, automated or manipulated traffic, or inflate statistics for fraud (for example advertising fraud).
- Overload, scan, probe or attack the service, bypass rate limits, spending limits or plan limits, or access other customers’ data. This includes trying to make the AI features reveal data or instructions that are not yours.
- Resell or sublicense the service, or offer it as part of your own service, without our written agreement.
- Reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
- Use the service to send spam or to build products that compete with it using scraped data.
